Well, if you are so inclined to learn a bit of Sask. trivia go check out the "Buffalo Narrows, Saskatchewan" Wikipedia page. Someone had claimed that this northern community had been settled "centuries ago." While there may have been people in the area centuries ago the community did not exist...After consulting my dad, who's from Buffalo Narrows, I made this page a little more accurate. I wrote this: "Buffalo Narrows was founded in the early 1900s as a trapping, mink ranching and fishing settlement by Scandanavian traders." :)
